The needed minimum amount of information given to the responding/investigating law enforcement pre consultation should include the following............?The immediate goal being free to go. I didn’t know you could not talk to the police if something is called like a domestic dispute. Maybe if you don’t think a crime has been committed you talk to them, but then they find a crime? But I guess if they come because of crime has been committed then you keep your mouth shut. Great video thanks!

If police were at the scene, and they alleged that the victim had injuries, but neglected to take pictures of the one they’re accusing having done that damage, would that negatively impact the prosecutors case? Like how could they prove that those injuries if more like alleged, bruising, or marks, actually came from that incident and not a previous incident? Or is it only for police to take pictures of the alleged victim?
