I enjoy and appreciate your videos. They are comprehensive with logical, sensible, and solid information. All of that is hard to come by these days on KZbin; I thank you. There are only two other KZbin presenters of your stature. One is Chris Baker of Lucky Gunner and David Andersen of Knife Center.

Excellent Advice! RUN!!! Running is an excellent method to separate from a fight. (Movies illustrate this too. It's called a "Chase" scene). I will heed your advice. Thanks for Sharing. Greg P

Curious to see your thoughts on the 'tactical' survival canes you can get online. Usually heavier milled aluminium. Screw apart. Have little 'survival tool' compartments.

What happens when someone grabs the cane from me and beats me with it? I'm outta luck?

These videos are strictly for demonstration purpose. The answer to your question is get into classes with real grappling and get better. This question can be said with anyone with any weapon. What's an unarmed person supposed to do? Just get beat. The goal is years and years of practice to go against many different scenarios and then training those scenarios as well as just loose sparring /grappling to feel the practical sense of combat. One 3. Minute video won't do anything more than show possibility and gain interest towards real training
