Most commercially produced dried mangoes are dipped in sulphites to prevent browning and extend shelf life - sometimes dried mango is even coated in sugar. Hi there, we recommend to store dried mango in an airtight containers in a cool, dark place. They will last for several months. Or you can vacuum seal them for long term storage

Very interesting. Have you any idea how dehydration affects the nutrition?

Hi there, thanks for your message. We do not have the nutritional information specifically. However, when using our Breeze Dehydrator you can select any temperature from 30 degrees C to 75 Degrees C. So if you wanted you could dehydrate your fruits at 40 degrees C so it remains raw. The low the temp the thinner you will need to slice the fruit so it does not take too long to dry.
