There was a parental app installed named quostodal or something close to that and I can't get it removed. No matter what I do it goes to that app. I can't get into settings or anything anything to delete the app. I don't know the password. I'm a 44 year woman who can't do anything with this phone.

Hi ... I deleted the family group from google account but it still shows child account, then i uninstalled family link app but parental controls app is still not uninstalling from child's phone ...

I’m way above the age for family link now and I want the google account to be totally normal without supervision nonsense but it says delete or remove google account and I don’t want it to be deleted ! How can I make it a regular google account without deleting it

You can turn off the parental controls on your Android device by heading to the Google Play Store, or the Family Link app. Parental controls on an Android phone or tablet limit what sort of apps and movies a user can download, and require parents to approve any in-app purchases. To stop supervision with a parent's device: On your parent device, open the Family Link app. . Select your child. Tap Controls. Account Settings. Account Info. Tap Stop supervision. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you want the device to be treated as a "parent phone" rather than a "child phone," you'll need to remove any child restrictions and ensure the Google account logged into the phone is unrestricted. Steps: Go to Settings on your Samsung A35 5G. Scroll down and tap on Accounts and backup > Manage accounts. Look for any Child account (Google account) that's associated with your child. Remove the child account from the phone by tapping on it and selecting Remove account. Add a new account (if needed) by going to Add account and using your own (parent) email account. This account will not have child restrictions.

Bro my phone is stolen of about 5 months ago luckily i got it back 2 days before but phone is under parental control so i reset the phone.. From then the phone ki asking previous gmail which is last synced to this device and there is no skip option for gmail ... Do you know about it

Your app data and game progresses are saved under certain app or game. Using this method only removes data for Google Play store and not a certain app or game.

It's a stupid thing, and damn it, I want to remove this suffocating thing. They just bought me a new phone and put this stupid thing in it and all the videos. If I do what you say, my father will find out about it and get angry!!
