I would be glad to share my experience about deactivation of pan card of our pvt. Ltd. Co., which i had applied for deactivation for more then a year. But it was not canceled, thereafter i watched Mr. Sudesh kumar video and even called him for his guidance & help. He was kind enough to talk to me even though i was a stranger and follower of his videos.Thereafter he guided me & shared with me an email id were i marked a mail and within few weeks our Pan got deactivated. sir, very nice video, in my father case, have two PAN, 1-actual PAN which given for banks etc 2- second/wrong PAN ---- was used once, this is linked to adhaar .. now is it just sufficient to delink adhaar from wrong PAN, followign your process.. after that to submit 1000 fee and link the actual PAN to adhaar? and leave the wrong PAN as is or whatever and forget about it? or should we surrender the wrong PAN and will it automatically delink the adhaar as well from it?

No first you have to transfer pan and bring both pan in same ward. Then apply for surrender of wrong pan.

Hello Sir - Thanks for the video. I have same issue and will be applying for pan card surender. I lost my PAN and by mistake when I submitted for PAN card re-issue somehow I got second PAN and aadhar also got linked to second one. I want to submit the second PAN and delink it but I don't have original PAN the first one, I just have copy of it and soft copy.

Don't worry , Photo Copy or soft copy of old PAN is sufficient. First , you have to transfer your new pan to old pan card jurisdictin and then surrender process could be start.
