Sir i have a query and problems regarding pan card. Sir mere mummy ke pass do pancard hai. Phele wala e pan hai shayad kyunki woh pan card kabhi physically hamare pass aya hi nahi. Phir jab dubara pan card banaya phir physically pan card aya. Second wala pancard ko aadar se link kiya hai 1000 rupess deke. Lekin state bank me phela pan card hai. no need of orginal pan of instant pan, but if department ask for origianl pan then you have to apply for hard copy of pan , but it is useless.
