Very Helpful! Thank you so much! Also I haven't used Drive that much. I uploaded a 4k video to send to a client but its only showing as 1080p. Does it take longer to load 4k quality or do you have to pay for this feature?

It might take longer to process 4k videos. I think even when the video is 4k the preview is only available in 1080p.

I don't think giving away work for free is good, they'll expect it and then it's not just 1 hour more. I think the best way to impress a client is being clear, setting delivery dates so you are all in the same page, and never missing them.

Well yeah, these are all great things that you should do. But when the market is saturated and everyone is doing the same thing, you have to stand out to get more jobs. You can do this many ways and this is one of them. (it's also probably the easiest)

Sometimes I do, but in those cases the music is not looping or reversing, just stays constant the whole video. I usually wouldn't recommend adding sound effects, because a lot of times they just sound wierd when the video is playing backwards.

What's your entire delivery process? Do you ask your client for payment before sending the files? How do you get paid? PayPal?

With local clients I usually don't ask for any advance payment, I just create an invoice when the video is done and they wire through the money. But when it comes to global clients I usually ask for a 20-50% advance payment, and yeah those come through paypal.
