What are the possible causes of why some laptops won't receive the software. At the moment I am trying to push to the staff in my organisation, some laptops will receive the software assigned while some will publish the software on the program and then require a trigger for the installation to begin. Kindly assist with your expertise Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Did you deploy the software the same organizational unit using GPO? or it was deployed to different OU? Where the softwae deploy as required or available?

Will it try and install over and over or only once? How does it know when it's installed?

It will be installed once. When the policy is applied, it will detect if the software had been installed or not
