@antoniofuller2331 I don't think one can create an App in WordPress. Say for example a customized calculator can't be build in WordPress directly. Yes, using 3rd party tools the Apps can be created and then deployed/ embedded in WordPress. In the 3rd party tools, flutter is one of the best options as the same code base can be reused in other platforms, such as Android/ iOS Apps, windows desktop application, etc.

Yes, is used to deploy any applications in webpages. Now, one can either do low level coding in or use tools, like flutter, to develop the applications and then embed on a webpage. Internally webpages will anyway use to deploy the application. It is similar to using WordPress for creating the webpages otherwise writing low level html code for creating the webpages.
