I used 5% apple vinegar for descale. Mix 1 unit of vinegar and 3 units of water. Cheap, natural, and efficient solution :)

Depends on the price of the deacaler. But it's weird to spend tons of money on capsules and cheap out on the descaler which you use once every 3-4 months.

If you still have the yellow light after descaling, you need to unplug it for 10 minutes, the coffe counter will reset and the green light will appear again.

Hmmmm it helps if the water actually rinsed through but mine has been on 5 minutes now and not one drop of water has exited. Think I shall go back to nespresso 😢

It doesn't do any of that to me, it turns green, it starts to pour water for 2 seconds and stops, it starts blinking red, and it doesn't come out of there, then it turns itself off, then if you try to start it again it blinks straight red until the coffee maker turns off and it doesn't turn green and won't start.

The coffee machine work but the light still yellow after the descaling....wow...before with the button you can reset the light physically, now thats impossible and the light can't go back to green 😡 very annoying

Seems is the ml of water that you use to descale, try it with exact 400 ml of solution.

thank you for the tutorial :) But do we have to use the descale product on the cold program too or just the hot one ? (cause we use the water alone on the two program and the descale one on the hot only in the video)

Hi Angel, you may have already figured it our but just in case (and for the benefit of others) : 1st Use the descale on hot 🔥 2nd Rinse on hot 🥵 3rd Rinse on cold 🥶 Then give the pod holder a rinse and you're done! 😃 🎉 Obviously follow the video for the full details but the above is the basic outline of what you'll be doing. Hope that helps!

DONT PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT to clean it. There is metal needle behind the water tank. When u find it, open the head and find the needle that pops a hole on the capsules. Insert the metal needle inside and move it back and forward to clean.

Happened pretty quick (less than 100 coffees) and exactly when i needed coffee before work. I went back to the store on the next day and switched it with real coffee maker that uses real coffee. Best part you won't be late for work bothering with crap made by Gusto Scams I can't stress enough how happy I am to get rid of this one-armed bandit machine.
