I love the colours and the shape I don't have plastic covered wire. Would ordinary wire netting effect the life of the flowers because it does rust?

If you're using the copper floristry wire (bronze net),.it's not designed to be sat it water, it's for using to create structure and wall hangings and for holding moss. Look for galvanised or stainless steel wire netting because that won't rust.

Love the arrangement. Why do you need the tape around the vase rim?

To stop the wire netting falling out. You don't always have to tape it but because I ve got tall, it means the wire netting can become loose and tip forward with the weight of the flowers

A little difficult to arrange with wire mesh. But I think it’s good to start now because we need to save mother earth by reducing the amount of plastic we use.
