@@goodthanksbro mainly because I'm more comfortable with photoshop than illustrator. I only use illustrator when I design logo and that is it.

@@IntuitiveDesigns after you apply the first circle text and duplicate it / when you highlight "Championship" and say to mirror hold option and just drag, that doesnt work and you skip to where you have the letters tracked and sized. also skipped past cutting the stoke out the the "E" in the first logo.

when you highlight the second text to be brought down to the bottom of the circle pull up Path selection tool [a] and then you will see the Text cursor with those two lines / Now you can drag down. command T, Right Click, rotate 180 / then you can change the spacing in the letters. bottom text still doesnt fit smoothly like the top but that's as far as I got /// Used warp and arch to fix the slight awkwardness in the bottom text curve best as I could

For my own brand, we mainly print in house. But you could probably find a print shop in your local area with decent enough quality. Start slow is better than all planning but not starting.
