Helpful tool for everyone here who might not know: Make the MOCk-UP(line layer) the actual reference by tapping on the layer and choosing reference. Then create a new layer as the color layer. Now every time you drag and drop a color it, it will only fill what's inside the line you're coloring. you can also drag and drop but before you let go or release the pencil, drag it to the right to fill the layer color completely. Like if you wanted to just fill the hood one color then drag and drop.
