I like how simple this video was to consume. I love seeing design videos that break the norm and have a little more PLAY. This is a great example that not all logos need to be perfect marks created on a super structured grid. Some can be playful marks which makes them unique and organic. Good job!

Fantastic video as always Will. Im trying to find out if you have any videos on creating logos for service based videos. More specifically blue collar services like plumbing, home improvement, electrician, brick layer etc. There seems to be a fine line of being too plain vs being personalized but with standard graphic elements. Meaning, a cleaning company logo with a broom, handyman logo with tools, Roofing company with a roof etc. If you happen to have a video could you please point me in the right direction. Thank you greatly!

Do you have any advice for how to pair existing fonts with these more playful and handcrafted logotypes? It’s easy for me to pair different fonts together when they aren’t hand made, but when they are, I get so stuck on finding a good font to pair it with because it’s so different from everything else.
