I have few questions! 1.Actually when you go to a professor for help in bioinformatics to do a project they come up with a lot of proteins. Some of them are known to us but maximum are not...for example I was told by my guide to work on PI3K protein which I didn't have much idea about so my question is is there a book or database that has complete description of different proteins in our body which we can use to independently design a project? 2. Is it possible to independently publish a research article using only dry lab techniques? 3. Is there any job training programme that you are currently offering to train freshers with mock interviews and all? Thank you so much!

@@NeelamnishanthreddyReddy Sure why not! However I have done my master in biotechnology and my final year project was based on bioinformatics. Bioinformatics is a booming field with a lot of scope since machine learning and AI will be the future. But I would suggest go for it only if you are sure that you want to pursue it and once you do please focus on learning coding and these three languages Linux, Python and R. @@NeelamnishanthreddyReddy And as for the struggle it's there in all the fields. Just focus on what you are doing and give full concentration and be confident that you are doing good. Many people will come tell you things which is not true just believe in your knowledge and skills. And rest assured Bioinformatics is a good field. When i completed my ug there was nobody to guide me and so I took biotech for masters otherwise I would have gone for bioinformatics...
