What are some of the ideas that you came up with during your brainstorm? 🤔🧠

Cold plunge in the ocean after dropping the kids at school, daily training in the afternoons after work, a daily walk, and more consistency with meal prepping.

I have quite a few on my list but as you suggest, I am only choosing 2 to focus on. One, less phone time in the evening. I will put it on the charger & leave it be. If I find that I'm still habitually going to it, I will put it downstairs in my bedroom instead so that it is out of sight, and hopefully out of mind. And two, going back to my nightly routine but starting small; focusing on showering every other day instead of trying to add every routine back at once. I think I prefer to start with a 2 week testing time, rather than a month.

I bought an antique baby grand piano back in 2020. I played for about a year and then quit. I have set so many goals to start playing again, but I'm so "afraid" to start because I'm afraid I've forgotten a lot. I even bought Flowkey and Skoove 6 months ago. I bought another piano - an electronic one that I can put ear phones on so other people won't hear me. I still haven't gotten back to playing! Not even one time. I love the idea of a prototype. I could try out playing 20 minutes everyday for one week. Then if I don't enjoy it and decide not to do it, I didn't fail (again). Thank you for this idea.

You're so welcome! That sounds like a great prototype to start with and we'd love to hear how your experiment goes!

I want to check on my 💸 once a week and switch out some screen time for phone-less entertainment (like physical books or knitting). Let’s say for the month of January!

That's awesome!! One of my goals is to budget on Friday of ever week! How will you make sure your money checking habit happens?

Good point-I’m going to write a reminder for each week in my planner that I keep open on my desk!

a morning Tarot card pull / reflection with coffee ^_^ it's always been helpful when I do it, but have trouble allowing myself that time when things get busy.

Sounds like an amazing opportunity to work on those mind management skills!

I see your books behind you. I would love videos on your opinion and recommendations for books on life transformation, goals, etc. I have read atomic habits and loved it.

I have a very hard time putting everything in one place! what do you use platform do u use for goal setting?
@bodybrainalliance Жыл бұрын
That sounds frustrating and having your goals visible in one place can certainly be really helpful! We strongly believe that there is no one right way or tool for this, only what is right for YOU :) That said, here are some prompts/things to think about: Have you reflected on why it's hard to put things in one place? (having a new tool may not address some underlying behaviors) Whatever tool or platform you choose, what are the things you need it to do? What is the most important feature it needs to have or be able to do? We'd suggest you work through these questions - and then comment back here with your answers and we may be able to share some recommendations based on what you need :)
