@@masroor.a haha, no worries. At least 4 other people did the same thing.. Still try to insert the knife CAREFULLY in the space BETWEEN the eartip and earbuds, poke it around, then use your knife tip like a "lever" to lift the eartip off.

At 0:21 if your AirPod is like this do not panic, it is not broken, you just have to apply a little bit of pressure to the little spaces at the side, and the white part comes off, then apply the new top

I just got the Pro 2 for christmas, my right side came off fine but the one on the left did this as it tore when I was trying to change them, and it's difficult to get this part off Edit: just managed to get it off, was pretty difficult, but now I was able to replace the tip with the correct size for me.

Use an exacto knife!!????? No way dude!!! Are you nuts??? This is not safe or technically accurate advice. You’ll either slice the rubber, slice the product or worse slice yourself. No product should ever need to use a Razor sharp BoxCutter as part of the “Simple” removal process. Also if you buy replicas ….you get what you pay for! Any and all replicas are manufactured under poor technical standards with no sense of quality control. So if you’re going to buy “not” authentic, be prepared to throw them away when you need to adjust something. For those of you that saw slumdog millionaire, kids were filling old water bottles with dirty sink water and super gluing the cap back on to the bottle so there’s resistance when you open it to appear that it is sealed when they sold it as “Fresh cold filtered bottled”. Same theory here. Apple doesn’t “Glue” the tips on.

Welp, sounds like someone got scammed on instagram with $60 superpods, hahaha. If you do it right, you will NOT slice the rubber but manage to wedge in the knife blade between the eartip and pod head. The design is identical for both retail and replica airpods pro, the only difference is that some replica batches have the eartip glued down. And, although this video was explicitly meant for people who owned rep airpods (in other words, "not you"), it has supposedly worked for people with RETAIL airpod pros in at least 3 separate cases. So I recommend you to do some research, maybe? Good day.

Yeah, that happens sometimes. Still try to use a thin knife edge (CAREFULLY) to pry it apart from the earbud itself. Post photos on the AirReps discord if you want more specific help!

LOL, I have personally heard of at least three cases where it DID happen on the original ones. It seems that using third-party eartips sometimes cause it, while the others may simply be defective eartips from Apple or damage caused to the airpod itself.
