Use wild hair growth oil , conditioners twice a week or three times a week for more hair growth, massage your scalp daily either with oil or not , wash your hair twice a week and have a lot of water, good nutrition but don't wash your hair a lot because it is not always good but oil twice or three times a week for more hair growth

So like im growomg my hair out can you put rosemary oil in your hair dry then after wet your hair. Shampoo then after wash then shampoo again. Dry then after that put in conditor. Comb it out. Then do i do this once a week
