How to detect damaged pulley MINI Cooper S

Today I want to show you how to recognize a defective pulley / vibration damper.
The MINI Copper S (only the R53) has a damped pulley.
This means that the crankshaft is covered with a rubber that can break off over time.
You will not see it but it is already noticeable by the smell of burnt rubber.
