This video definitely helps, i grew up the only guy in a house full of girls, no consistent male role models, i grew up being emotional, insecure, indecisive, and having other feminine traits i took on from them, i hated myself because of it, then i started watching combat sports, started training and working out, and joined the marines cause i was tired of being a pussy and being submissive to my families thoughts and opinions. Now im more confident and more masculine than ive ever been by training and living with other marines some who are wiser, bigger, stronger, and more masculinethan i was. I took on those characteristics,and surprise, it caused conflict with all my female family members. I dont care because im doing what i need. I'm not living how they want.

Truth. On a smaller scale, when I was quitting smoking/heavy drinking, I had to stop hanging around the friends I’d made who were doing that shit. I’d just moved that year so it was shitty not having folks to hang and talk with, but it set a lifestyle in motion that brought nothing but positive things to me.
