you sir have my full support. I think a beginner course would be a great achievement. people WILL look up beginner courses all the time and there's a good chance they will stumble upon your work, spend time tailoring the perfect course (in your opinion). and release your own songs whenever you like between educational videos, other than the course you could get into specific techniques. Investing in a good mic and lighting setup will make your content look way better also.
