Of course I'm watching sweetheart! Mom has always had confidence in you and am so proud of you. I knew you were really special when I saw you defend yourself from being smooched at your bus stop when you were in first grade! Lol! You've always been strong in so many ways! I love you 😘👏

Something that has helped my confidence in running my business and doing my work is that I realized I don't always need to have an answer right away. When I used to not know something I would immediately feel like an imposter. Now, I'm more confident because I know there is always more to learn and its actually just exciting now to get to research and think about something that I don't already know. Clients pick up on that vibe as well.

Yes! Nothing wrong with saying, “I’m not sure about that - I’ll do some research and get back to you!”

6:27 😆😆😆 But you you are almost like my twin when it comes to this area, I will Talk negative at times to keep myself grounded unnecessarily but then I'll cope to myself off and when I do something really good and productive, feel like "DIVA YOU WERRKKK!! YASSS 💅🏿". Then the pendulum swings back and I'm thinking, " Oh my God did I just call myself a diva? That is so stupid I'm a silly hobbit" I laugh at myself and find a middle ground and say OK... I did good but I'm not a diva Dujour, I've a long way to go" 😆😆🤭🤭

I thank you so much for this video. I was just about ready to give up but hearing this made me want to keep going. Especially being a fellow introvert myself so talking to people is kind of scary. Thanks again for this

Thank you so much for this! I've been freelancing for years but have only just recently learned that saying no is not only good for my career, but the world doesn't end either!

I am loving your videos so much! They are so helpful to me. I am also an introvert and also I have a full time job and I am so worried to put myself out there for my little online business i'm creating because I worry my coworkers & supervisors might see it. But i know i need to put myself out there to get clients. Your videos are helping me & encouraging me

I love these tips!! It's very easy to be mean to yourself, but very hard to be nice. I use to call myself stupid too for being bad at math/ school. I've realized that I just learn in a different way and that's totally okay! Nowadays if I ever do say something mean to myself, I will always catch myself and say," Sorry, that's not true. I didn't mean that. Take a breathe."

Yesss! Normalize apologizing to yourself! I’ll ask myself, “would I say that to a friend?” If the answer is no, I’m probably being way too harsh on myself
