Why did I know you were going to say "meditate"? Oh my, during my periods of meditation there isn't a problem of course. The problem comes in afterwards when I'm dealing with what I describe as "visits". They happen frequently when I meditate and sometimes it can be kind of scary to me bc I hadn't quit learned how to control it. I also like to describe it as "A light bulb coming on that attracts spirit to me". When I stop meditating I no longer have these experiences. I ran across your video for a reason sooo hopefully I'll learn a few ins and outs on your channel that can help me.

Yes, it CAN be scary and unexpected, and understand why you would take a step back until. It’s quite possibly your guides/angels/beings of the light there to help you - I think you’re right about your attracting light and they might have gotten so excited and figured it was okay to show up. Everyone that I know this happened to said they set boundaries with those “visitors” by letting them know they didn’t want company, didn’t want to see, feel, or hear, etc. After more time and understanding, they got more comfortable with allowing visits to receive massages just a little at a time. Others have scheduled times to commune with their angels and guides so they don’t show up during family dinner and what not. We have the choice to allow it or say not right now, or plain NO. I believe in baby steps myself - I can be a little scary; like don’t just be poppin up on a girl. 😂🤣
