I fully relate to burning out being in a masculine field. When I first starting working as a civil engineer (intern) i was BURNT and my body was physically shutting down from the stress. Its so important to me now that I learn to weave my feminine attributes into the workplace/uni and also try to be in my feminine at home/social life.

Seriously now that it's been a trend people, even women, like to go on and on about how every woman should stop working and rely on a man and mother him because apparently, our hormones don't allow us to work a 9 to 5 and only let us be mothers. I think in relationships, it is what works for a couple and if they like what's going on then no one should say anything about it. Relationships are not a job, they are about emotions, wants and needs. There are no hard and fast rules for a relationship. Equality in a relationship should focus on both parties emotionally validating and supporting each other.

People have so many misconceptions about the hormonal balance thing, they act like if a woman experiences a drop of stress then her hormones are gonna go out of whack and she’s gonna die. When in reality as long as you live a healthy lifestyle, your hormonal balance isn’t going to suddenly go out of whack just because you’re not sitting at home and depending on a man all day. If your hormones are out of balance, then there is probably some underlying reason. It could be anything from endocrine disruptors, to mold, gut health, mental health issues, etc.

God I relate to that so much… I always feel more in my masculine energy I move to USA in 2020 I was 20 years old moving abroad learn English and have some adventure. I end up staying thinking about the future I could build to myself here spent 4 years without see my family waiting on a visa move from state to state 6 times . It sucks and it lead to a lot of long-term mental health issues I might struggle with for the rest of my life.
