At first thank you for your comment. If you want to block a specific group, create a GPO in the same way, but then create an organizational unit within the Active Directory. And create a group that includes all the users that you want to block and add them to the organizational unit, and finally link the GPO to this organizational unit. And the ban will be applied after making a reset for the client devices that are logged in with those users who have been banned within the organizational unit. Do you mean the small device called Zero Client? You can create a domain and create users and then log in to Zero Client with the user name you created and then apply the policy you want to the users.

You are looking for a way to notify the admin that someone on the domain has connected a pandrive . This is a nice idea that I hadn't thought of before. The way now is to prevent the client from using the pandrive on the domain. And the method described in the video will help you do that. But regarding sending a notification to the supervisor that someone has connected the pandrive, I will look for a way to do that.
