Immensely helpful and precisely what I needed. Mine was so tight I needed confirmation I was attempting the right thing. Smooth as silk now. Thanks Mark!!!

You can also test for creeping by putting it in a bowl of water when connected to LP hose

Well done! My inflator starting creeping yesterday and I have always wondered how to service it. Question - Are the O-Rings usally metric or imperial? Thanks

The most common sizes for a power inflator like this is: 006, 011, 012 & 112 O-Rings. I usually just buy a kit and replace like for like

Where did you get that spanner tool to remove the inflator button
@ScubaDiverMagazine5 күн бұрын
Your local dive center should have one or two or if you search online for a Power Inflator Tool or BCD Inflator Tool you should find one.

Very interesting.. I have a BCD from Octopus and cannot open the inflate part with valve. Any idea? Ther is a cap which I can remove and then an external Hex 12 keeping in place a flat inox rig and then I cannot proceed. No part can be disassembled even if I press the blue button.
