If the "phone flat" is a connector or a flat cable, yes, but it's an exceptional case when a camera from different phone look like the original one and was connected and didn't work because of pins on the connector are different. Sounds crazy, but who knows.

Hello, you can replace a charging flex cable united with small PCB where located charging port or if you have experience in soldering and special tools you can replace charging port by himself.
