How to Disassemble the Main Controller of the ASIWO Mako Electric Kickboard

Issues: I recently purchased an Asiwo Electric Kickboard and the propellor/motor is not operating properly. After a brief use of it working great, there seems to be an issue with the motor. There is no obstruction in or around the propellor area, but it will not spin properly, and the motor keeps sputtering. The battery is fully charged.
Solution: There is an issue with the main controller, need to replace the main controller.
