Thanks. Currently I do not have any manual action that's showing in the GSC speaking of the toxic backlinks, however, I can still see them in Ahref. Is it still a good idea to move those URL's into the disavow tool?

Same here ...Throughout the update my site was thriving but suddenly traffic got down and pages deranked...I don't find any manual penalties also and have very few backlinks and I can't find any spammy backlinks on Semrush. Don't know what to do! Any idea?

Its probably because you haven't made a correct .txt file. Ask chatgpt to create one and you should be good.
