How to disconnect the reverse switch on Craftsman (MTD) R105 mower

This video is refers to the most recent version of the Craftsman, made by MDT. This is a safety feature so I don't recommend doing this but if you decide like I did that it's unacceptable to disengage the mower blade each time you want to back up while cutting, this is how to do it.

I did it and I love having it disconnected. Easier to cut the grass without wearing my arm out and the belt. Thank you very much.
