Hi good video. Have u any tips on how I can get a washing machine brass valve tap cap off. Iv tried normal pliers and can't turn it A plumber put it on after I'd disconnected something because the valve wouldn't close because it was broken. I'd hoped the plumber I'd called out would have fixed it so I could use again as I have a washing machine on the way, but he's capped it and also replaced the screw with something thats the same size as a screw but looks like it would need a small Allen key to turn it. I'm stressed as I need it sorted ASAP as Iv got a washing machine coming which Iv paid to have installed
