How to Display and Organize Enamel Pins

I love putting mine on my jacket! But I am so paranoid about losing mine, since sometimes when I'm wearing my jacket around some of the backs will drop off. I have some ones that would be very difficult to replace! As for favorite pins, I have some from my trip overseas to visit various places in Europe, some of them are really cool. One of them looks like a dragon.

what i did on my bag(man purse i call it) is i got locking backs for my favorite pins that i know i wont remove i also put a dab of super glue. if ever did want to remove the pin it would only damage my bag a little and not the pin. i would only remove from my bag if my bag worn down so i wouldnt mind. if you need a pic lmk and i can take one

My favorites are the band ones from 1982-1986 that I collected. You wore them on denim jackets. I have some Hard Rock Cafe ones from my travels, and along with charms, I have some from historic sites and national parks. I put mine in shadow boxes along with the old name badges we wore before we had to wear photo IDs.

Me and my son are really into baseball caps and have started a pin collection to put on them. We bough a flat piece of corkboard from Staples. I guess it's a bit thin because the pins come out the back (barely). Is this a problem? Might the pins get messed up? Do I need something thicker? Honestly I hope not because it would be a bit of a job removing them all but please let me know. P.S. My board is about the size of a clipboard and is not adhered toanything, so it can be a bit floppy Thanks! Peter

Cute, but I can not imagine ever putting a pin through the leather purse that I've spent so much money on! Oh My I would die if it even got scratched. Jean jackets are fun though.

On the Cork board do you leave the backs on your pins or do leave them off

what exactly is the board you use though? I have never seen that kind of mesh

That looks like a cork board with a burlap mesh on top for a more rustic look so it matches the frame.

They can be regular plastic or Vinyl. Instead of paper, you get these sheets of plastic or fabric and stick the Pins on them.

nice vid Kayla - loving your purse displaying all the Oh Hello pins! mine are kept on the front of my homemade planner - I have a thick plastic cover which can support their weight...but I may be getting a Webster colourcrush planner cover so I'll have to rethink where I'm gonna keep my pins :)

Love ita bags. They’re bags with a clear front pocket where you can display your pins and keep them safe from falling out.

Quick question! When you put a pin on jackets, bags, or any other materials and after taking them out, will there be a obvious/visible hole there?

There will be a hole but from my experiences, its not too obvious.

Yes but unless it's a light colour like white or pastel colours it won't be visible

I once tried putting some on a bag but two fell off (luckily I noticed before I walked away from them) and I'm just worried that that would keep happening so I don't do that anymore

I love to use the cork boards that they have at the dollar spot from new collections! I saw someone had their pins on a pineapple one a while back and I'm so bummed i missed out on that one!

My enamel pin collection is primarily from Disney :D I have them displayed on my cork board as I'm in college and working with kids and I don't want anything to happen to them.

Question, what do you do with the rubber backings of the pins once they're on the board? Do you throw them away?

PLEASE HELP! I have been searching all over Google for Tips and Tricks on how to organize my Animethon and Otafest Enamel Pins in a Binder/Satchel, but I haven't gotten any straight answers! 😫
