Great video, was exactly what I was trying to find to revamp an old Database (not designed by me). I got it to work as a qry but in the form the copied field comes out as 02/01/1900. Can not see why it is not wanting to read the field correctly. Any ideas?

@@599CD Cheers. I ended up creating a new text box as the copy text box greyed out the change from date to text when I tried it. Then set the first day to 2 as works system defaults are set to Monday by our IT as I found out after day was one off. I do not play with Access as much as I use to (it is a special install at work now) so really enjoy your videos just to brush up.

Setting weekday start to say Monday or Tuesday, could help in a payroll schedule, versus the calendar year, or even a fiscal year for a company.

It *is* nice just subscribing to Office 365, and having the applications downloaded on various devices, being within reason of the latest stable version. Though to try some of the latest enhancements / tricks, I chose to enter the realm of the Insider Beta Channel.
