Hi Richard, yes, you might not often see the vbFirstFourDays constant, but think international: that's the way a week of the year is officially calculated here in Germany. So it's pretty standard for me, as is the vbMonday constant, 'cause our week count starts on Monday rather than Sunday...

Gotcha. Yeah, I wasn't thinking internationally. :)

Hi Richard, can I please ask how to pass parameter value that has an apostrophe in it. I have to pass a value in the argument of DoCmd.OpenReport that has an apostrophe in it. I have tried single quote, double quotes, replace function but nothing is working. Still getting 3075 error. Rest all other values pass okay that don’t have apostrophe.

You mean to an "Enter Parameter Value" prompt? That's tough. I'd recommend using a form field. 599cd.com/FormName
