Nice fish, but they are gold fish and gold fish are messy fish, they produce a lot of bio load, so you need to make water changes at least once a week around 25% to 40% depends on the number of fish and aquarium size you have. Also having live plants can also improve your water quality. It doesn't have to be an aquatic plant, you can use photos (devil's ivy) or peace lily to reduce fish waste.

Actually what you have shown here in this video is not the proper way to clean the fish aquarium. By cleaning the internal filter with the tap water will remove all the beneficial bacteria that is required for the fishes to survive. You must always clean it with the aquarium water to preserve and grow more of these beneficial bacteria inside the aquarium. It's called Nitrogen Cycle.

This Video's title shoudl be "LEARN HOW TO KILL YOUR FISH" LOL 1. Goldfish in a TINY tank like that. Shouldn't keep anything more than a group of 10-12 tetra with some bottom dwellers and a Betta fish 2. Cleaning the whole tank that way and washing filter under tap water you just killed all of your beneficial bacteria Sir. 3. That tank has a ton of Algae 4. Get a better filter for that sized tank , a seachem tidal 35 would be great for this tank. 5. Please seek out more knowledge about this hobby and the type of fish you keep and in what sized tank and their compatibility and how to do aquarium maintenance. Keep on Tankin brother.

Mate this is not how you clean a tank, you done everything wrong its so sad that this is one of the first videos that shows up. First of all the water isnt clean after what you did. Second of you need to do water changes every week minimum, you remove about 30% of the water each time and you get all the crap out from the bottom at the same time. Thirdly you do not wash your filter with tap water, tap water has chlorine in it so you need to get dechlorinator and add that into the water that you wash your filter with. You also dont want to clean it as much as you done because you are removing all the beneficial bacteria that clean the water for you in the tank. Fourthly you need to ad declorinator to the tank as well when you put the water back in. Fifthly your tank is over stocked, Goldfish need 30 gallons minimum and that is just for x1 goldfish... they are supposed to live at least 15 years and they get realy big. Your fish will all die in the next year or two under these conditions that you have them in.
