To do a burnout without the car jumping or lunging at first , use right foot for gas and brake at the same time while releasing the clutch with your left. Then left foot to brake right foot gas.

I have mustang and I keep stalling, but my RPMs only get up to like 3500, my clutch to brake exchange feels like it should be quick enough to start the burnout. Any advice?

Typically just first gear, but depending on the car you might have to put it in second.
