Hi im with bromford housing association and a member of that company breached my data 2 years ago he told my neighbours i had mental issues the i c.o confirmed it as a,breach but while the breach was going to my solicitor i found out that on the 13th june 2019 the same man who had breached my data also contacted my mental health team and induced a third party into believing he was my support worker . The i c.o said that it doesnt matter that he called himself my support worker and said that no breach ??? Im shocked as surely this is unlawful act and should he have been allowed to contact my mental health and say that ?? In my view howcan this be lawfull with an unlawful misrepresentation please help me

If they have access to your health records then yes they should have done a DPIA. There could be many reasons why they have or request access to such records but in any circumstances, they should be telling you what they are doing.

@@iSTORMDiaries ok whats bromford housing association 2019 the neighbourhood coach breached my data and got a slap on the wrists from the i.c.o when this was going on i found out hes also contacted my mental health team and induced the third party he was my support worker i dnt have one ? So i got all my medical files and found the letter that clearly states in writing he said he was my support worker so i contact my mental team and speak to the lady who he induced on the phone and i taped the conversation she clearly says he said he was my support worker so i take send my evidence to data protection officer in bromford housing and he says theres an error ??? No error has been made as the audio and letter are material facts i took it to i.c.o and the i.c.o response was IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT HE CALLED HIMSELF SUPPORT WORKER, I WAS SHOCKED AS THIS IS NOT TRUE IS IT ??? SURELY THIS MAN HAS MADE A FALSE STATEMENT OF FACT PLEASE HELP ME
