Absolutely, the power of words and tone can't be overstressed in sales calls. One advanced tactic is to use the "3 F's" method - Feel, Felt, Found. Acknowledge their feelings, relate with a story of someone who felt the same, and share what they found after using your solution. It's a subtle way to rebuild trust and pique interest without being pushy.

If there is 1 thing I appreciate in the videos of this guy, it's the fact that he's not begging for "likes and subscribe". OMG, sometimes I watch a very nice video, but when they say " If you like the video hit the like button and subcribe" , I'm done and feel like completly banning the videos from my feed.
