Hi. Thank you for your teaching. Is rolling the knunchuck over the hand like rolling a broom stick or walking stick over your hand? I did that when I was a little younger. Looks like the roll starts off center, then rolls over center and caught again off center...is that right? Do you have any demos on diagonal strikes and how to safely stop them? Thank you and God bless. PS Our practice chucks are pvc w/ cord.
