Please can you give me some advice about my dad who had a stroke that left him with paralysis in his tongue and lips he can’t talk eat or swallow he can’t move his tongue much only little to the front

It's really hard to recommend anything without knowing more. I would definitely find him a Speech Therapist to work with. And if he hasn't had one, he will need a swallow study to rule out any food or liquid going down the wrong way into his lungs. The tongue plays a huge role in speech and swallowing and paralysis would greatly impact those areas.
