How to do a Neck Throw with after throw control - Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu

Never tried that with Harai Goshi, we perform it more like Sensei Brian Jones demonstrates (first result if you search harai goshi). Think that's why I assumed you were doing Harai Goshi.

Harai Goshi would have the arm around the waist rather then the neck
