It's difficult to determine that. But a quick troubleshoot is to test the ailing heads in another printer with xp600 printer head. If they print. They it will be easier to troubleshoot why your machine is not printing it. But please note that you can buy a new printer head that's not printing. But I'm not sure you can be that unlucky two times in a row.

Hello, i did a test nozzle and all nozzle is in full state, i have 2 cyan, one (C maincolor) is good, but the other c (slave) is look lighter. im not using LC just CMYK. and i did replace the head cable with new one, nothing change. what is the problem for that? thank you sir

If a nozzle looks light as you have said. The head is going away. You better prepare for a new head.
