Basque people love to dance, jumps are big part of the dance, specially in the province of Soule (French Basque province). There are 7 provinces in the Pays Basque, 3 in France, 4 in Spain.

A triple saute de basque would mean she would have to do 3 rotations in passé in the air before landing. Quite a feat!
