I agree. I am a French Judo Teacher and this is definitly Tani Otoshi, I can be wrong but Ko Soto Gake is more like you "hook" the leg of your opponent (gake means hanging). But I don't blame her because since there is no real official videos of the techniques done by the Federation of Judo, I have seen plenty of mistake before (whenever it's nage waza, shime waza or kansetsu waza)

I agree. Ko soto is done from the front and tani otoshi more from the side. It's like harai and o soto : it's all about the angle

Crom fighter and competitors don’t always make the best teachers and coaches. My observation isn’t an attack on her abilities. It simple a question on technique. “Gake” is a hook. It’s even explained in the video. But I don’t see any hook here.

Am...This is not Ko-soto-gake, but almost clean Tani-otoshi. "Gake" means "Hook".Need to wrap around the opponent’s leg, performed in the fall or in the stance.
