Still finding all of this fascinating. Establishing control. Maximizing leverage. Redirecting an opponent's 'energy' or 'vector.' Gaining or re-gaining initiative. You can study all of this forever and still have room to improve. It's truly fascinating.

Brilliant videos, Shintaro. Start with basic technique, then hit variations. You got a way of explaining things. Only change I would offer is that you sync 2 or more cameras or get a tripod dolly/track so you don't have to reposition Uke.

the more you watch, the more stuff you figure out. 2:45 hand facing the camera is already in the position to hook the arm. Seriously concidering Judo over bjj to complement my stryking
