Get rid of time wasters like looking for things. Have a planned nail set up. Everything on your table in the same place. Reaching without hunting cuts out time. It also presents you as more experienced and confident. Everything in drawer also same place every time. Plan pro set up. Have client get out money and pick colors prior to service. They are anxious to get started never to leave. Offer jewelry cleaning. If the jewelry is sparkling this adds to the look. Clients are very happy.
