I utilize a Hockey Puck on the cup of my floor jack. They last a long time and protects the pinch welds. I also engage the parking break and use wheel chucks on one of the rear tires. If you are concerned about metal partials in your oil, you can purchase a magnetic oil plug to easily observe any accumulation on the inside of your plug.

The Motorcraft FL910S oil filter would be a good inexpensive option for that Lexus.

Even WITH the wheel under the body for safety, NEVER get under a car without jack stands! It takes only a few seconds more, and it's not worth risking your life for.
