I totally understand that too. I work for Marriott and luckily my manager doesn't mind the colors but I want an office job and I know they won't allow it. It's sad that we are judged on that. 3:45 she uses her pointer and thumb to hold the piece 3:50 she then grips the strand on the top in between her middle and pointer finger. 4:00 she then puts the strand in-between her thumb and takes a part of her natural hair to one braid and the rest of her hair to the other strand.

Karrill DaDiva Yeah I feel the same way. I tried them once and it was not all it was cracked up to be, and it took double the time it would have taken me to do regular box braids. I won’t do them again, esp now that I’ve learned your technique and the knot is not even that big. I still experienced the buildup when I took them down, which was one thing I had heard didn’t happen with knotless braids and that’s why I tried them in the first place. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I am curious to know your reason for not liking them though?
