You must flip the balisongs so much to the point that you become one, this will give you the power to manipulate space into teleporting the balisongs to you using your strong bond, this is very hard, there are only 7 estimated people who can do this

@benshaminflips i actually have a couple of friends that just got/want to get into flipping. every time i showed them tricks, they would be like "DAMN that looks so cool, how can you do that?". i will definitely show them your video to get them started! (also, as a person that makes low income, are there any balisongs under 100/150$ that you would recommend? i flipped a kraken clone for about 3 years, and have recently gotten the canyon, and i'm loving it!)
@benshaminflipsАй бұрын
@@valentimsanmartin That's great! When I first really got into flipping I got a friend a trainer and we had a great time showing each other new tricks we learned. Having friends that also flip is a great way to keep improving and is a ton of fun of course. Most of my balisongs are well under $100, the Canyon is great, and honestly you don't need a ton of balisongs to get better, just one that flips pretty well would be all you need. I would even say just using one balisong is probably the best thing to do if you want to just focus on improving. If you are looking to expand your collection though, it's hard to know what to suggest as it depends on what you are looking in adding another balisong to your collection and what you like. I don't even have one (yet), but the Orion v1.5 is a balisong that I have heard very many people praise as being amazing. People say it could cost twice the price and still be worth it (it's $75 for the trainer and $85 for the live blade). If I were to buy another bali, it is the first one on my list. It is often out of stock, but they do restock fairly frequently, you just have to be in the lookout (following LDY on Instagram can help as they announce upcoming drops) I personally have the Vulp and Teflon Vulp in addition to the Cheese and all of those are very enjoyable and flip well. It's nice to have a good plastic bali in your collection and I really enjoy my Squiddy-A and more recently I got the Frank-P and like that too. The Frank-P is just a touch more slippery and while the opening sound is nice and quiet, the closing sound is quite loud. The quietness of the Squiddy-A is one of the reasons I like it so much. Both are really good plastic options and the Frank-P is very cheap for a balisong at $33. I know this is getting to be a long comment and I could say more, but let me know if if helped or if you have any other questions!

@benshaminflips my best friend loved balisongs when i introduced them to him, so much that i gave him my first balisong. recently, i also showed some tricks to my cousin, and i liked it so much that i gave him my kraken clone. it's a lot of fun teaching them! also, thanks for the recommendations! i was thinking about getting an Orion eventually since i saw a lot of people praising it! and while i don't like the design of the original vulp, the teflon looks so clean that it made it into my list to buy. i will look more into the plastic ones, though. thanks a lot for the reply!

@@valentimsanmartin That's great you are able to share the fun of balisongs with others! I enjoy my Teflon Vulp a lot, it has mostly replaced my Vulp (except for in videos). Having a plastic bali is great for taking it places where you wouldn't bring a metal one. Since they are much lighter it can be easier to come up with or practice tricks with in addition to giving your hands a break.

For some reason I get easily addicted to fidget/puzzle stuff. Ive learned the 3x3 cube, pyramynx, mostly learned the 4x4, learned how to cup stack quickly, learned yo-yo tricks, and now the butterfly knife. This is by far the easiest tutorial ive seen yet. Still a beginner right now, and I got a cheap knife for now (plastic just to see if i like it). Once I get better, Im probably going to get a better one. Thanks for the tutorial

is it normal for your thumb yo hurt while doing this
@benshaminflips20 күн бұрын
@@djy23 No, your thumb shouldn't be hurting. You might want to take it slow or take a break for a bit if it is, but I'm not a doctor so it'd be best to consult one at your discretion. Some things that could help: A light warm up of the affected area around your thumb Some stretches before and after Stay relaxed, don't tense up or try to put your fingers in weird positions Make sure you aren't hitting the balisong into your hand with force, that can hurt over time (even if it's just the handles or safe side of the blade) I hope this can help

my ballisong has almost no friction and just stops mid swing
@benshaminflips2 күн бұрын
If it's stopping mid swing it must have too much friction. That is called binding and it's the worst when it comes to flipping! There are a few possible things that cause binding, troubleshooting depends on the construction of the bali. It could be that the pivot screws are too tight, very likely the cause if it's a washer balisong, loosening them slightly could fix it. If it has bushings those could be slightly undersized. Another issue could be that the blade thickness is uneven near the pivots. Sometimes just oiling the pivots can help if the binding is minor, but if that doesn't help, perhaps looking up some guides on tuning a balisong would help
