like it or not...the 90s are making a comeback! though it’s hard to imagine anything beyond the beloved OMBRE, that style is nearing its 10 year point from its initial fashion forward appearance. within the next couple of years, we’re going to see a lot of CHUNKY HIGHLIGHTS coming back.

I just had my 7 year anniversary March 25! Its bittersweet, because I feel like I have soo much to learn still ;( The blended blonding trends are in extreme demand, & I'd like to hop on this train! But that's where I'm out of my comfort zone. I feel like I haven't made my mark in the industry like I use to dream about. So the trick to creating chunky highlights with out the stripey lines is do each section on diagonal 3 blonde 2 dark then when getting to the top section pinwheel foil from the center but in the very front a fine vail of dark to prevent the stripey look in the front hairline. Very informative and love that it does have chunkyness with out stripes. Did not think it would be possible with out creating a shadow root because chunky highlights used to always have stripes. Love this. So glad to see old school modern twist. Thanks for making videos!

I love this tutorial! The bleach lifted well through the color! I started using color remover and it makes coloring so much easier but now that pravanna discontinued theirs it’s hard to find another good brand.

Yes actually, I am light yellow blonde and it’s too damaged to bleach again, how can I keep it as light as possible while making it more neutral toned? All toners I try make it go too dark which is why it’s over bleached currently. I recently graduated hair school and they didn’t really cover this in detail
